My double chocolate(milk and dark chocolate) brownies are fudgy,chewy and everything a dessert wishes to be!!

Double chocolate fudgy brownies

Ingredients to make Double chocolate fudgy brownies

  • Dark Chocolate-125 gms
  • Milk chocolate-125 grams
  • Caster sugar-90 grams
  • Brown sugar-90 grams
  • butter-80 grams
  • Condensed milk-2tbsp
  • eggs-2
  • Vanilla-1tbsp
  • flour-98 grams flour
  • Cocoa powder-35 grams
  • salt-1 tsp

How to make Double chocolate fudgy brownies

  1. Preheat you oven to 180 degree celcius. Chop the chocolate and Melt half of the chocolate with butter and condensed milk in a double boiler. Save the other half of the chopped chocolate for later use.
  2. In the melted chocolate add the sugar, vanilla and mix properly with a whisker. Now add the eggs one by one and beat a little(2-3 mins) till the mixture becomes little airy.
  3. Now sift in the flour, Cocoa powder and pinch of salt to the chocolate egg mixture. Fold the ingredients together with a spatula for a minute.
  4. Add the remaining chopped chocolate and transfer the batter to a 8x10 inch buttered square baking dish. Bake for 30 mins at 180 degree celcius. Let it cool completely and serve with vanilla ice cream.
