About Poha without onion Recipe

A quick tiffin that can be even consumed during fast as this does not have any onion in it.

Ingredients to make Poha without onion

  • 2 bowl poha [flattened rice]
  • jeera [cumin seeds] - 1 tsp
  • groundnuts - 3 tbsp
  • coriander leaves [handful]
  • red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • salt
  • turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • sugar 1 tsp
  • refined oil

How to make Poha without onion

  1. Heat some oil in a pan, add the cumin seeds and ground nuts.
  2. ADD ALL SPICES AND CORIANDER LEAVES
  3. STIR & COOK FOR 2 MIN
  4. Now add the soaked and drained flattened rice into the pan, mix well and let this get cooked for few minutes. Once the poha is dry enough, then it is ready to be served.
