  1. பால் 1 லிட்டர்
  2. தயிர் 4 மேசைக்கரண்டி

Instructions

  1. பாலை நன்றாக காய்ச்சி கொதி வந்த்தும் தயிர் சேர்க்கவும்
  2. தயிர் சேர்த்து கிளறியதும் பால் திரிய ஆரம்பிக்கும்
  3. பின் அதை வடித்து மெல்லிய துணியில் கட்டி வைக்கவும்
  4. பின்பு அதை எடுத்து மீண்டும் தயிர் 1/2 ஸ்பூன் சேர்த்து நன்றாக அடிக்கவும்.
  5. மீண்டும் ஃப்ரிட்ஜில் வைத்து குளிர்ந்ததும் எடுத்து பழக்கலவையில் சேர்த்து பறிமாரலாம்
