  • 2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk masala powder

How to make masala milk

  1. 2TBSP ALMONDS ,2TBSP CASHEWS 2TBSP PISTACHIOS  - UNSALTED10 TO 12 SAFFRON STRANDS(KESAR)NUTMEG
  2. GRIND TO A SEMI COARSE POWDER.
  3. ADD SAFFRON
  4. ADD NUTMEG
  5. TAKE 2 CUPS MILK IN A SAUCE PAN
  6. NEXT ADD 1 OR 2 TABLESPOONS SUGAR. ADD SUGAR AS PER YOUR TASTE REQUIREMENTS
  7. WHEN THE MILK COMES TO A BOIL, THEN ADD THE GROUND POWDER
  8. SIMMER FOR 4 TO 5 MINUTES MORE
  9. SERVE MASALA MILK HOT OR WARM. YOU CAN ALSO CHILL MASALA DOODH AND SERVE LATER.
