Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Tomatoes- 5 piece
  2. Lady Finger- 5-6 Pieces
  3. Cauliflower - 100 Gms
  4. Potato- 1 big
  5. DrumStick - 1 piece
  6. Besan - 3Tsp
  7. Mustard seeds-1/2 Tsp
  8. Cumin seeds - 1/2 Tsp
  9. Hing- 1 Pinch
  10. Oil - 1 Table spoon
  11. Curry leaves - 8 to 10 leaves
  12. Coriander Leaves
  13. KitchenKing Masala- 1/2tsp
  14. Haldi powder- 1/2 tsp
  15. Red chilly Powder- 1/2 tsp
  16. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Deep fry all vegetables
  2. Boil tomatoes. Peel off them and make a puree..
  3. Heat Oil in a pressure cooker and add mustard seeds and cumin seed.
  4. Add Besan and saute it until it gets little bit red. Then add tomato puree.
  5. Add some water according to their consistency. Then add all vegetables.
  6. Allow one vessel in a pressure cooker then switch off the flame.
  7. Serve hot with Rice..
