A twist of suji halwa.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Roasted suji 2 bowls
  2. Milk 500 ml
  3. Sugar 1 bowl
  4. Ghee 2 bowls (you can add less)
  5. 2 ripe bananas, smashed
  6. 1 big apples pulp, without skin
  7. Almond 8/10 pieces
  8. Pomegranate seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Saute the suji in ghee until it turns light pink in colour.
  2. Then add banana pulp and apple pulp, stir properly when the ghee comes up then add milk and whole sugar. Stir properly and its ready.
  3. Decorate with almonds, pomegranate and serve.
