Ingredients to make Maitha cake

  • 1 cup maidha
  • 1 cup ghree
  • 2 cup sugar
  • Venila essance 1 tea spoon

How to make Maitha cake

  1. Ghee in a kaday low flame
  2. Heat the ghee
  3. Add maidha fry few minutes
  4. Down the kaday
  5. Another bowl in low flame
  6. Put sugar with little warer
  7. Stirr well sugar mixed water
  8. Add maitha mixture
  9. Stirr well
  10. switch Off the gas
  11. Cook and stir well for another 15 minutes.
  12. Add essence
  13. Pour this mixture onto a plate.
  14. Cool and cut into burfis.
