Rice raw mango roti

Ingredients to make Rice raw mango roti

  • 1 cup rice powder
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 tbsp fresh coconut
  • 2 tbsp raw mango diced
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1/2 inch piece ginger
  • 1 small carrot grated
  • coriander leaves
  • curry leaves
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • salt to taste
  • oil for roasting

How to make Rice raw mango roti

  1. Except for carrot, coriander leaves and curry leaves, coarsely grind the ingredients.
  2. Add rice flour in a bowl and add the coarse paste,carrot grated,coriander leaves, curry leaves. And salt, add little oil and make a dough.
  3. Take a plastic sheet, grease and make a ball of the dough.Press and make round roti.
  4. Take tawa, heat and roast the roti with oil on both sides.

My Tip:

Add sesame seeds optionally.you can also make with brown rice powder.
