Gulab bati churma

Ingredients to make Gulab bati churma

  • wheat flour 2 cup
  • salt 1/2 tesspoon
  • ghee 2 tablespoon
  • water 1 cup
  • rose petal 1/2 cup
  • sugar 1/2 cup
  • ghee 1/2 cup
  • Khoya 100 gm
  • kesar strands 7 to 8

How to make Gulab bati churma

  1. Make a dough using wheat atta, ghee, salt and water.
  2. Keep the dough aside for 10 minutes
  3. On the other hand, mix kesar strands with the khoya
  4. Make small rounds ball of the khoya mixture and keep it aside.
  5. Take atta ka small ball and flatten it in your plams.
  6. Now place the khoya ball into the flattened dough
  7. Turn them into small balls and put them into the rack.
  8. Set the griller and grill it for 8 min
  9. Check and rotate bati on the grill.
  10. Now put the crispy bati put in ghee.
  11. After 5 min cut the bati in pieces.
  12. Grind the cut batis in the grinder with 1/2 cup white sugar and some pink rose petals. Donot turn it into a fine paste.
  13. Also add a spoon of ghee
  14. The flavour of khoya, kesar and sugar along with ghee will make the churma delicious.
  15. Gulab bati churma ready to serve.

My Tip:

Make sure the baati is crisp and cooked properly.
