Cut vertical eggplant and apply oil and roast it. Take kadai and add oil and heat it
Then add tometos, green chili and ginger. Let it cook for 5 minutes
Remove eggplant's peels and mashed it
Then add it in kadai
Add salt and spices and cook it for 1-2 minutes
Take bhartha in bowl and add coriender leaves and serve it
