A simple yet an elegant looking two layered jelly cake just for a change to serve it for the evening snacks. Everyone will surely love this cute looking cake. Make this with any flavoured jelly crystals of your choice and surprise your loved ones. Since it is a single pack of jelly, it also takes less amount of time to set. So make it while preparing lunch and set it in the refrigerator for the snack time. This way you will be rest assured about making something for snacks. I usually do like this when i make anything with jellies. So multitasking is quite good sometimes. It makes your snack time stress free.

Two Layered Jelly Cake...

Ingredients to make Two Layered Jelly Cake...

  • Jelly crystals cherry flavour 1 pack
  • Jelly crystals mango flavour 1 pack
  • water 2 mugs
  • Fresh cream 1/2 cup

How to make Two Layered Jelly Cake...

  1. Heat water until it boils.
  2. Take it off the gas and mix jelly crystals in 2 different mugs.
  3. Pour them in two different round bowls of same size.
  4. Allow these to set in the refrigerator.
  5. Place the mango layer at the bottom with cherry flavoured jelly as the topmost.
  6. Take care while doing so.
  7. Cut and serve chilled with some fresh cream.

My Tip:

Do not follow the package instructions for a firmer jelly. Use only 1 medium mug of hot water.

Oh my god! So pretty! Ma Shaa ALLAH! :kissing_heart::kissing_heart::heart::heart::heart_eyes::heart_eyes: This looks extremely good but maybe you could have applied a layer of whipped cream in between both the layers to seperate the layers.
