Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Baby potatoes 1/2 kg
  2. Chilly powder 1 teaspoon
  3. Kashmiri chilly powder 2 table spoon
  4. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  6. Mustard seed 1 teaspoon
  7. Jeera 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Curry leaves
  9. Salt
  10. Chat masala 1 teaspoon
  11. Oil 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Peel potato
  2. Shallow fry potatoes in oil till golden brown
  3. Drain excess oil
  4. In a pan add 1 teaspoon oil and put mustard seed, jeera and fry it in low flame.
  5. Add chilly powder turmeric powder and garam masala and mix well
  6. Add fried potatoes
  7. Toss it and serve hot
