ABOUT Hot n sour Pasta RECIPE

It is a staple food of traditional Italian cuisine. It's good for health as one cup pasta equals to 220 calories 1 gram fat and no cholesterol. So I think you all will love my recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. First you will need Macaroni pasta or any pasta of your choice or which is available to you.
  2. oil
  3. Salt
  4. Spices like black pepper powder, red chilli powder, special Pasta masala etc etc
  5. Tomato finely chopped
  6. 2 small Onions finely chopped
  7. Coriander 1 bunch
  8. Soy sauce 1 tbs
  9. 2 cups of water
  10. Green chillies if you like them


  1. First of all fill two cups of water in a pan. Boil the water.
  2. Now add pasta to the boiling water and boil it until its soft. This process will need 10 to 15 minutes
  3. After our pasta is soft we will strain it . Now, we will add half a cup of water into a pan and also add previously boiled pasta to it.
  4. Now add finely chopped onion and finely chopped tomatoes to it and stir well.
  5. Now ,add all the spices and condiments to it . Add salt according to your taste.Stir well
  6. Add soy sauce to it if you want to add the delicious flavour to it.
  7. Now add finely chopped green chillies to it.
  8. Now we will Garnish our delicious recipe with tomato piece, coriander and green chilly.
  9. Your recipe is ready.
