Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sathumaavu/Health mix powder 1 cup
  2. Idly batter 1 cup
  3. Milk 1 cup
  4. Ghee as required


  1. Make a porridge using sathumaavu and milk and cook on low flame until it thickens.
  2. Mix this with one cup idly batter and stir well.
  3. Pour ghee in paniyaram pan and when hot pour in the sathumaavu batter in spoon till the rim and cook both sides well.
  4. Serve with chutney or sambar.
