Boil the bananas in two whistles..Let it cool down and remove the peel and keep it aside.
Once cooled down mash the banana and add salt , black pepper, jeera powder, peanuts and finely chopped coriander leaves and mix the entire ingredients.
Make cutlets as per your requirement in size and shape.
Brush ghee in a non- stick pan and add these cutlets and wait till they become golden brown from both the sides. Serve hot and can add lemon as per taste...
For chutney add roasted jeera , green coriander leaves , mint leaves and jaggery then grind the mixture and add salt and lemon to it.
