Singhare ki kachori

Ingredients to make Singhare ki kachori

  • Singhare ka atta 250 gram
  • Boiled potatoes 4
  • chopped green coriander 1 cup
  • chopped green chilli 4
  • rock salt or sendha namak 1 teaspoon
  • ghee 1 cup

How to make Singhare ki kachori

  1. mix singhare ka atta,potatoes,sendha namak,green coriander and green chilli together
  2. Make a smooth dough
  3. Now divide the dough into small parts
  4. make small balls and flatten the balls
  5. press the balls with the help of your palm and make kachodis
  6. Heat the ghee in the pan
  7. add the kachodis in the ghee
  8. deep fry the kachodis on slow flame til it becomes golden brown from both sides

My Tip:

if you dont like potatoes then just skip it
