Corn Stuffed Appe

Ingredients to make Corn Stuffed Appe

  • 1 bowl sooji
  • 1 bowl curd
  • 1/2 bowl corn kernels
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1tblsp salt
  • 1tblsp oregano
  • 1tspn black pepper
  • oil
  • 3 tblspn tomato puree

How to make Corn Stuffed Appe

  1. In a bowl of sooji add curd , 1tspn salt and pinch of red chilli powder.
  2. Keep it aside.
  3. Now take a wok and add oil in add onion and saute it.
  4. After that add tomato puree and add black pepper, oregano, salt.
  5. Mix it add boiled corn kernels.
  6. Mix it and let it cook..
  7. After 5 mins let it cool down.
  8. Now take appampatra and brush it with oil.
  9. Pour 1 scoop batter in it and cover the lid for 1 min.
  10. Now put little little stuffing on the batter and again pour the batter on the stuffing.
  11. Cover the lid for 2 mins.
  12. Now after 2 mins flip it and cover it for 2 mins.
  13. Take it out and serve hot with green chutney and ketchup.

My Tip:

Any other veggie can also be used.
