ABOUT Simple Chiken RECIPE

Its a very basic receipe.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chiken - 300grams
  2. Salt - As per taste
  3. Red chillie powder - 2tablespoon
  4. Ginger/garlic - 3tablespoon
  5. Tandoori masala - 4tablespoon
  6. Yogurt - 4tablespoon
  7. Vinegar -1tablespoon
  8. Oil - 3tablespoon
  9. Red food colour - 1/2tablespoon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add yogurt,salt,g/g,vinegar,tandoori masala mix well.
  2. Add the chiken to it.
  3. In a pan add oil put the chiken.
  4. Cook it for 12-15mins.
  5. Than serve it.
