Very tasty low fat can be enjoyed as breakfast ar evening snacks

GRILLED SABUTDANA CUTLET

Ingredients to make GRILLED SABUTDANA CUTLET

  • Soaked sabutdana 250 gms
  • Boiled potatoes 350 gms
  • rock salt as per taste
  • red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  • jeera powder 1 teaspoon
  • oil for cooking
  • green chillies chopped 3

How to make GRILLED SABUTDANA CUTLET

  1. Soak sabutdana for 3 hours and mix salt and red chilli powder in it.
  2. Grate boiled potatoes.
  3. Then mix sabutdana, potatoes, all masale, green chillies, and coriander leaves... And Mash it properly.
  4. Then make flatten balls
  5. Then on grill sandwich maker greese it place the balls and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve it hot with mint chutney

My Tip:

U can also coon on non stick pan if u don't have griler
