Heathy oats chilla with veggies

Ingredients to make Heathy oats chilla with veggies

  • Plane oats 1cup
  • Veggies(capsicum,carrot,onions,tomatoes)
  • Black pepper powder
  • salt as per taste
  • water for making batter.

How to make Heathy oats chilla with veggies

  1. Take one cups oats and grind them in a grinder and make a powder.
  2. Take all the veggies and chop them.
  3. Add water to the oats and make a not too thick not too thin batter.
  4. Add all the veggies,salt and pepper.
  5. Take a non stick pan and put a few drops of oil on it.
  6. Pour the batter and cook it until it turns golden brown from both the sides.
  7. Serve it with your favourite sauce or chutney..

My Tip:

Soak the oats in water for about 10 minutes..
