ABOUT Heathy oats chilla with veggies RECIPE

A very healthy recepie for health conscious people... (Its very tasty too).

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Plane oats 1cup
  2. Veggies(capsicum,carrot,onions,tomatoes)
  3. Black pepper powder
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. Water for making batter.

Instructions

  1. Take one cups oats and grind them in a grinder and make a powder.
  2. Take all the veggies and chop them.
  3. Add water to the oats and make a not too thick not too thin batter.
  4. Add all the veggies,salt and pepper.
  5. Take a non stick pan and put a few drops of oil on it.
  6. Pour the batter and cook it until it turns golden brown from both the sides.
  7. Serve it with your favourite sauce or chutney..
