Make a soft dough of paneer,milk powder,semolina,flour,cardamom powder & a tspn of sugar.
Make small balls from the dough.
Heat ghee & deep fry the jamuns in medium heat till it turns golden brown.
Make sugar syrup & dip the gulab jamuns in it for 15 mins & then take out.
Heat 2tspn ghee in a pan & add grated carrot in it.Stir it constantly.
Add mawa,liquid jaggery & cardamom powder.Mix it well.Carrot has its own water, so I did'nt use milk or water for boiling.Cover it &cook it well.
When the mixture will start to leave the sides of the pan, switch off the flame.
Now take a square box, spread some carrot sandesh evenly in it.
Put some gulab jamuns in the centre line of the mixture.
Cover it with some carrot sandesh again & keep it in fridge for 2 to 3 hours.
After that take out from fridge & cut it into pieces.
