Sabudaana

Ingredients to make Sabudaana

  • 1 bowl sabudaana or sago
  • 2 chopped potatoes
  • 1tblso rock salt
  • 2 chopped red and green chilli
  • 1 lemon juice
  • oil
  • Chopped corriander leaves
  • 1tspn red chilli powder

How to make Sabudaana

  1. Soak the sabudaana for 4 to 5 hours.
  2. Drain it.
  3. Now take a wok and add oil in it.
  4. After adding oil put the chillis and saute it.
  5. Now add chopped potatoes and salt in it.
  6. Add red chilli powder also..
  7. Now mix it and add little bit water to it so that it can be cooked.
  8. Cover it with the lid.
  9. Now after 5 to 10 mins again stirr it and add sabudaana in it.
  10. Now mix it very well and add lemon juice.
  11. Cover it again.
  12. Then again stirr it and garnish wid corriander leaves
  13. Cover it again.
  14. Now serve it with curd and green chutney.

My Tip:

U can add more veggies in non navratras.
