Baked Rings

Ingredients to make Baked Rings

  • Bread slices 8
  • Finely chopped capsisum 1/4 cup
  • Finely chopped onion 1/4 cup
  • Deseeded and finely chopped tomatoes 1/4 cup
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • cottage cheese 1/4 cup
  • butter 1 tbsp
  • Cheese spread 2 tbsp
  • tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • Chili flakes 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Baked Rings

  1. Cut rounds of bread slices. Now cut 4 rings out of rounds of bread slices.
  2. Mix the capsicum, onion, coriander leaves, tomatoes, crumbled cottage cheese, salt, black pepper powder, chili flakes, oregano and 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup in a bowl.
  3. Mix 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup, cheese spread and butter in another bowl.
  4. Take a round, spread butter cheese mixture on it. Now take a ring, keep it on the round, press it slightly so that it sticks to the round.
  5. Now at the middle of the ring put the capsicum-tomato mixture. Similarly make other 3 rings.
  6. Bake it in the preheated oven at 170 degrees for 6-8 minutes till its light brown in color.
  7. Now the baked rings are ready to be served.
