Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Pumpkin- 1/4 cup, diced
  2. Potatoes- 2
  3. Bottlegourd- 1/4 cup, diced
  4. Onion- 1
  5. Tomatoes-2
  6. Capsicum- 1 diced
  7. Cabbage- 1/2 head, chopped
  8. Radish- 1, chopped
  9. Carrot- 1, chopped
  10. Ginger- 1/ 4 tsp, chopped
  11. 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  12. 2 tsp Oil
  13. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes till they are done. Peel, wash and chop all the veggies.
  2. In a cooker, heat the oil and add the cumin seeds. Add in the ginger, onions and tomatoes. Let it cook for a few minutes.
  3. Add in the diced veggies and saute till it's cooked well.
  4. Add salt as per taste and serve.
