A Russian Salad . This s one of the most traditional Russian & east European dish.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled potato 1 small. Cut into cubes.
  2. Boiled carrots 1 small cut into cubes.
  3. Pickled cucumber 1 small.cut into cubes.
  4. Boiled green peas 1/4 cup
  5. Boiled egg 1 cut into cubes
  6. Mayonnaise 1 1/2 tbsp
  7. Salt
  8. Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut potato, carrots, cucumber & egg into cubes.
  2. Mix everything well. & serve as a sidedish.
  3. Mix only at the time of serving.
