Ingredients to make Tamil nadu sambar sadum

  • 1/4 kg tuvar doll cooked
  • 3 tomatoes chopped
  • 2 potatoes dieced
  • 1 carrot slices
  • Lol mirchi 2
  • Half tsp jera powder
  • 2 green chili slices
  • 100gm tamarind soaked( juice)
  • 1 tsp sambar powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • Pinch turmeric powder
  • 5 curry leaves
  • Tadaka
  • 1 pinch hing
  • 5 garlic crushed
  • 2 tsp jagerry

How to make Tamil nadu sambar sadum

  1. Take cooked tuvar dol make fine paste . Take tomatoes,chilies,onions, potatoes, carrot peices put cooker for one vissles
  2. Keep cadai put oil add tadaka add curry leaves n red chili es Fri two minutes Add hing, garlic,add tuvar dol paste, cooked veggies,put tamarind juice Add jagerry, sandbar powder,salt,chilli powder,jera powder mix all these ingredients keep boiling , Turn of serve with white rice n sambar with papad

My Tip:

Jagerry is optional some of them not interested to eat sweet at sambar ...with out sweet also can make
