ABOUT Macroni salad RECIPE

A quick recipe of macaroni, with loads of veggies. A delicious breakfast recipe for everyone.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled macroni - 1/2 cup
  2. Chopped capsicum - 1 / 4 cup
  3. Chopped grapes - 1/4 cup
  4. Grated cabbage - 2 tbsp
  5. Chopped pineapple - 1/4 cup
  6. Chopped almond - 2 tbsp
  7. For dressing
  8. Pineapple puree - 2 tbsp
  9. Salt - to taste
  10. Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a large bowl assemble all the above ingredients and mix well.
  2. Keep in the fridge for an hour.
  3. Before serving add dressing and mix well.
  4. Serve chilled.
