Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. All purpose flour - 1 cup
  2. Powdered sugar - 3/4 cup
  3. Fresh malai - 1/2 cup.
  4. Vanilla Essence - 1 teaspoon
  5. Chocolate optional for frosting

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix malai and sugar. Add all purpose flour {maida} and mix again.
  2. Add vanilla essence, a pinch of baking soda and mix again.
  3. Put butter in a pan and heat it for some time. Pour the cake mix using a spoon.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes till it rises up. Melt some chocolate and spread over the cake before putting it in the fridge.
