ABOUT Sabudana Wadas RECIPE

Nothing like some crunchy hot sabudana wadas !!

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup of sabudana ( soaked overnight )
  2. 1/2 cup of boiled and mashed potatoes
  3. 2 tbsp of roasted coarsely ground groundnuts
  4. 2 tsp of chopped green chillies
  5. 1 tsp of lime juice
  6. 1 tsp of sugar
  7. Chopped Coriander
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  1. In a big sized bowl put all the ingredients and mix really well.
  2. Now take a handful of the mixture and form a lemon sized ball. Repeat the process with the remaining mixture.
  3. Keep oil in a kadhai for deep frying. Fry 2-3 of the wadas at a time on a medium to high flame. HAPPY COOKING !!!
