About MUGHLAI CHICKEN PARATHA Recipe

This is a delicious paratha, filled with a chicken and egg. A perfect breakfast for all times.

MUGHLAI CHICKEN PARATHA

Ingredients to make MUGHLAI CHICKEN PARATHA

  • Minced chicken - 250 gms
  • egg - 2
  • all purpose flour - 1 cup
  • Carom seeds - 1 pinch
  • onion seeds - a pinch
  • Finely chopped onion - 2 tbsp
  • Finely chopped green chilly - 1/4 tsp
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  • salt - to taste
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • clarified butter - 2 tbsp
  • oil - 2 tbsp

How to make MUGHLAI CHICKEN PARATHA

  1. Heat two tbsp oil in a pan.
  2. Add minced chicken and saute for 3 - 4 mins
  3. Add salt and mix well
  4. Now stuffing is ready.
  5. Take a large bowl add all purpose flour,carom seeds,onion seeds,salt and one tbsp clarified butter and mix well.
  6. Make a soft dough with the help of milk
  7. Keep aside for 30 mins
  8. Divide the dough into equal size balls.
  9. Sprinkle the little flour and roll them with a rolling pin.
  10. Add one tbsp minced chicken,one tbsp chopped onion,green chilly,coriander leaves.
  11. Beat one egg and mix them.
  12. Fold it like a enevelope
  13. On a heated pan make mughlai paratha applying clarified butter on both sides.
  14. Serve hot with sauce.
