About Louki ke muthiya Recipe

Mouth watering healthy snacks, made with bottle gourd.

Louki ke muthiya

Ingredients to make Louki ke muthiya

  • bottle gourd 1 big
  • oil. 2 tbsp for binding dough + 2 tbsp for frying
  • Salt and sugar. According to taste
  • wheat flour. As per needed for binding
  • mustard seed. 1 tbsp
  • cumin seeds. 1 tsp
  • Seasame seeds. 1 tbsp
  • coriander leaves for garnishing
  • Red pepper 1 or 2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

How to make Louki ke muthiya

  1. Take one big bottle gourd and kis it by kisni..
  2. Now take wheat flour ,a little less than above kissed mixer,
  3. Take 1 tbsp oil, red pepper,. Turmeric powder, salt and some sugar and mix in it
  4. Remove all the water from kissed bottle gourd.
  5. And mix them in above mixer.
  6. Now prepare the dough.
  7. Take pressure cooker with little water. And keep steel ring or small plate in it.
  8. Place the muthiya in a utensil ( prefer the holed one)
  9. Take 3 vehiscles. Now after cooling cut that rolling dough.
  10. Now take a pan ,some oil ,add mustard seeds and cumin .
  11. Add all the muthiya in it.
  12. Add some sugar, seasame seeds, lemon and coriander leaves and mix it.
  13. Serve with chutney or ketchups

My Tip:

Instead of wheat flour we can addgram flour...and we can prepare muthiya of methi leaves also by dame method.
