About Egg masala Recipe

A mild spicy egg masala for everyday meal, to be served with hot rice on the side.

Egg masala

Ingredients to make Egg masala

  • 4 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 onions diced
  • 2 tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp mix masala
  • turmeric
  • 1/2 tbsp chiili powder
  • oil

How to make Egg masala

  1. Heat a tawa add 1 tbsp oil
  2. Cut the eggs in half vertically and shallow fry for 2 min on both side & keep aside
  3. Add the remaining oil in the same kadai
  4. Saute onions till soft
  5. Saute tomatoes till soft
  6. Add salt masala turmeric and chilli powder
  7. Add more than half coriander leaves and fry for 2min
  8. Take this Masala in another bowl
  9. Keep the eggs in the kadain layer the masla over it.
  10. Cover & cook for 2 minutes
  11. Garnish with remaining coriander
  12. Serve hot with phulkas or rice

My Tip:

If u are taking more eggs layer them one by one adding the onion tomato mixture one by one like biryani layering
