GULAB JAMUN STUFF LASSI PANNA COTTA ..........

Ingredients to make GULAB JAMUN STUFF LASSI PANNA COTTA ..........

  • Julab jamun - 6 no
  • Hung curd - 1 cup
  • Powder sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Gelatine - 2 teaspoon
  • Fresh cream - 1 cup
  • A pinch of red food color

How to make GULAB JAMUN STUFF LASSI PANNA COTTA ..........

  1. In a bowl add 4 tablespoons of hot water and gelatin , keep it aside for 10 minutes .
  2. In a big bowl , add yogurt .
  3. Whisk it and add powder sugar and whisk it lump free .
  4. Add cardamom powder and mix well .
  5. Add fresh cream and whisk well .
  6. Take a mould and pour a gulab in the center of the mould and pour lassi very gently .
  7. Cover it 1/3 of the mould .
  8. Keep refrigerator for 1 hours to set .
  9. Now remaining part of the lassi to add the red food color and mix well .
  10. After 1 hours pour gently the red lassi and keep the refrigerator again 1 hours .
  11. After 1 hours de - mould it .
  12. Classic dessert to little fusion " GULAB JAMUN STUFF LASSI PANNA COTTA " is ready to be served .....

My Tip:

Instead of gulab jamun stuff any others sweet if yours choice .
