About schezwan veggie balls Recipe

This is a delicious veggies starter, with chinese flavours in it.

Ingredients to make schezwan veggie balls

  • cabbage finely grated 1.5 cups
  • carrot finely grated 1/2 cup
  • green chilli 2 slitted
  • capsicum finely chopped 1/2 cup
  • red chilli sauce 1.5 tsp can be adjust as per taste
  • greenchilli sauce 1.5 tsp
  • green onions chopped
  • sezwan sauce 1 tbsp
  • soya sauce 1 tsp
  • ajinomoto a pinch
  • maida 3 tbsp or as needed
  • corn flour 2 tbsp or as needed
  • black,white peper as per taste
  • salt as per taste
  • oil for frying

How to make schezwan veggie balls

  1. in a muslin cloth keep all veggies and squeeze the excess water.
  2. To the veggies, add Maida and cornflour, enough to make veggies, thick consistency approx 3 tbsp maida and 2 tbsp corn flour but water content in veggies is different so adjust according to your need.
  3. then add green chillies,green onions, salt and peper and sauces.
  4. keep mixture in fridge for 30 minutes.
  5. mix all throughly and make balls out of it and fry till golden brown.
