RAJASTHANI SPICY KADHI WITH POTATO KOFTA

Ingredients to make RAJASTHANI SPICY KADHI WITH POTATO KOFTA

  • curd 500gm
  • gramflour 200gm
  • salt as per taste
  • red chilly as per taste
  • turmeric powder 1tsp
  • musturd oil 2tbsp
  • bay leaves 2
  • black pepper 4pcs
  • cumin seeds 1tsp
  • fenugreek seeds 1tsp
  • musturd seed 1tsp
  • ginger garlic chopped
  • green chilly chopped
  • asefotida 1pinch
  • For kofta
  • boiled mashed potato 1bowl
  • gramflour or corn flour 1tbsp
  • salt as per taste
  • red chilly as per taste
  • ginger chopped
  • green chilly chopped
  • oil for fry

How to make RAJASTHANI SPICY KADHI WITH POTATO KOFTA

  1. .ix together curd and gramflour....do not make runny batter semi thick
  2. in a pan heat oil add bay leaves..cumin..black pepper..currry leaves....fenugreek seed..hing...saute it
  3. add ginger green chilly ....add curd gram flour mix...stir continuously....set consistancy accordi g to u..if its too thick add more water.....
  4. when it starts boil...let it on low flame...add all ground spices..like salt..red chilly.. turmeric powder....boil it for 20 minutes....on low flame....
  5. FOR KOFTA mix all i gredients except oil...make small balls randomly...or as ur desired shape...fry them.till golden brown....put kofta in kadhi...garnish with green corriander....enjoy hot kadhi kofta with rice..roti...kachori
