About Whole chicken roast Recipe

This is definitely a party occasion dish where the entire marinated chicken is roasted as whole, delicious, succulent and very easy to make.

Ingredients to make Whole chicken roast

  • Whole chicken - 1
  • ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • onion [chopped] - 1
  • boiled egg - 1
  • bread crumbs [as required]
  • carrots [chopped] - 1/4 th cup
  • chopped beans - 1/4 th cup
  • chopped cauliflower - 1/4 th cup
  • green peas - 4 tbsp
  • salt
  • black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • refined oil/butter

How to make Whole chicken roast

  1. Wash and clean the chicken. Marinate the chicken with salt, ginger garlic paste and leave it aside for 30 minutes/
  2. Heat a pan with some oil or butter, and add all the chopped veggies, add salt, pepper powder , half a tsp of bread crumbs and little grated cheese [optional]. Once the cheese has melted, remove it from the heat.
  3. Stuff the marinated chicken with the cooked veggies and the boiled egg. Now tie the legs of the chicken with a thread so as to seal the cavity.
  4. Now heat a big pan with butter, place the chicken on the pan, let it seal and roast on all sides for few minutes, by turning the sides. Then lower the flames, cover the pan with the lid. Cook for 30-40 minutes so that the chicken gets tender and cooker.
  5. Rest, cut and serve.
