Ingredients to make Bread Rasmalai

  • 1 ltr.milk
  • Bread slice 10
  • saffron
  • Almond & pistachios 10
  • Chenna or paneer 1 cup
  • Powder sugar 5 tbsp

How to make Bread Rasmalai

  1. TAKE 1 CUP CRUMBLED COTTAGE CHEESE, MASH WELL FOR 5-7 MINS, ADD 1 TBSP POWDERED SUGAR
  2. ADD A FEW SAFFRON STRANDS, SET ASIDE
  3. TAKE BREAD SLICES, CUT INTO NEAT ROUNDS
  4. DAB WATER ON THE BREAD ROUNDS, SPREAD THE COTTAGE CHEESE MIX, COVER & SEAL WITH ANOTHER BREAD ROUND
  5. GET ALL THE STUFFED ROUNDS READY, SET ASIDE IN THE FRIDGE
  6. BOIL 1 LITRE FULL CREAM MILK
  7. ADD 1/4 CUP WARM SAFFRON MILK
  8. ADD 4 TBSP POWDERED SUGAR, STIR CONTINUOUSLY FOR 7-8 MINS
  9. ALLOW THE THICKENED MILK TO COOL A LITTLE, REFRIGERATE FOR 1 HOUR
  10. TAKE SOME CHILLED MILK MIX IN A SERVING BOWL, DIP A STUFFED BREAD ROUND, GARNISH WITH NUTS, SERVE
