Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 500gm.boneless chicken
  2. 1 bowl basmati rice
  3. 1 bay leaf
  4. 2_3 clove cinnamon stick
  5. 2 tbsp biryani masala
  6. 1 tbsp ginger garlic minsed
  7. 3_4 green chilli
  8. 1 tbsp red chilli
  9. 1/2 tbsp garam masala
  10. Oil as used
  11. Salt as used
  12. 2 onion chopped


  1. Wash chicken then boil it by adding salt and biryani masala.
  2. Now half boil rice by adding bday leaf clove cinnamon stick.
  3. When its half cooked seive .keep aside.
  4. add oil in kadai add chopped onions ginger garlic saute then add pieces of chicken.
  5. Add all spices and biryani masala splitted green chilli now add rice and whole garam masala.
  6. Mix well and serve with raita or green chutney
