Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 slice of bread
  2. 1 egg
  3. 1tsp pesto sauce
  4. 1/4 tsp parmesan cheese powder
  5. 2 tbsp milk
  6. Salt
  7. Oil few drops

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add egg, pesto parmesan, milk and salt.
  2. Beat it nicely
  3. Take a non stick pan, pour few drops of oil
  4. Now pout the some egg mixture on it
  5. Put the bread immediately over egg mixture
  6. Add the remaining mixture on top.
  7. Roast both the sides properly .
