Rajasthani kabuli rice

Ingredients to make Rajasthani kabuli rice

  • 1 kg rice (soaked 2 hours)
  • 1 cup kabuli seeds
  • 1 berinj leaf
  • 3 ilachi
  • 2 lavan
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cup onion slices
  • 4 chili slices
  • 1 cup carrot chopped
  • 1 cup capsicum chopped
  • 1 cup tomato chopped
  • Half cup sweet corn
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garm masala
  • 2 tsp ghee
  • Cup coriander,mint leaves

How to make Rajasthani kabuli rice

  1. Heat in a cadai put ghee add berinj leaf,ilachi,lavang Fri it's gets nice flavour
  2. Add chili slices,onions Fri should be transparent add ginger garlic paste Fri til raw Ness left
  3. Add capsicum,tomato, sweet corn, carrot..mix all veggies
  4. Add salt,garam masala onto it
  5. Pour water like 1:2 keep boiling
  6. Once bubbling add rice on it
  7. Cook up to 15 min then add kabuli seeds, coriander,mint leaves
  8. once it cooked completely add ghee cover the rice for few min
  9. All flavour will bind to rice
  10. Then open and serve garnish with kabuli seeds & coriander
  11. Ready to serve Rajasthani kabuli rice palav hot rice is very tasty

My Tip:

Garam masala is optional if it not interested ..with out powder can also make this palav
