Chicken breast pieces got deep fried after soaked them in orange juice will give you an awesome flavour while eating it.

Ingredients to make Tangy Orange Chicken Fingers

  • chicken breast pieces - 4
  • ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Orange juice - 1/2 cup
  • egg - 1
  • Crushed corn flakes - 1 cup
  • maida - 2 tablespoon
  • salt - to taste
  • oil - for frying

How to make Tangy Orange Chicken Fingers

  1. Clean and wash the chicken breast pieces.
  2. Soak them in orange juice for half an hour
  3. After that marinate with ginger garlic paste turmeric powder red chilli powder garam masala and beaten egg.
  4. In a plate crush the corn flakes by your hand itself.
  5. Dust the marinated chicken with corn flakes and keep them in fridge for 10 minutes
  6. Heat oil in a kadai and add the chicken breast pieces gently.
  7. Fry till they turn into golden brown.

My Tip:

You may use oats in the place of corn flakes.
