About Chicken in 3 Sauces Recipe

This chicken cooks very fast.

Chicken in 3 Sauces

Ingredients to make Chicken in 3 Sauces

  • chicken 300 gms
  • tomato sauce 1 cup
  • chilli sauce 1 cup
  • Soya sauce 1cup
  • vinegar 1 cup
  • ginger 2 tbsp
  • garlic 2 tbsp
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Cheese, coriander and cabbage for garnish.

How to make Chicken in 3 Sauces

  1. Wash chicken properly.
  2. Take a big bowl and put washed chicken.
  3. Now add soya sauce, chilly sauce, tomato sauce and vinegar.
  4. Add garlic paste.
  5. Mix all this five ingredients in the chicken properly.
  6. Keep side for 1hour.
  7. Now switch on the flame and put the cooking pot .
  8. Put 2 table spoons of oil.
  9. Heat the oil.
  10. Now put the ginger paste when it turns pinkish.
  11. Add marinated chicken.
  12. Soute it . And cover it.
  13. After 5 minutes again turn it properly and cover it.
  14. Cook it In medium heat.
  15. Do this steps again and again till all the sauces become reduce.
  16. When you see its shining and creamy texture .
  17. Switch off the flame.
  18. Garnish it with cheese. Coriander and cabbage.

My Tip:

Marinate for 2-3 hours before using the chicken.
