This chicken need very less ingredients. And cooks very fast.

Ingredients to make Three sauces Chicken.

  • chicken 300 gms
  • tomato sauce. 1 cup
  • chilly sauce..1 cup
  • Soya sauce..1cup
  • vinegar..1 cup
  • ginger....2tab.spoon.
  • garlic .....2 tab.spoon.
  • 2 tab.spoon oil.
  • Cheese....ciriander and cabbage for garnish.

How to make Three sauces Chicken.

  1. Wash chiken properly.
  2. Take a big bowl and put washed chiken.
  3. Now ad soya sauce. Chilly sauce. Tomato sauce ans vinegar.
  4. Ad garlic paste.
  5. Mix all this five ingredients in the chiken properly.
  6. Keep it aside for 1 an hour.
  7. Now switch on the flame and put the cooking pot .
  8. Put 2 table spoons of oil.
  9. Heat the oil.
  10. Now put the ginger paste when it turns pinkish.
  11. Add marinated chicken.
  12. Soute it . And cover it.
  13. After 5 minutes again turn it properly and cover it.
  14. Cook it In medium heat.
  15. Do this steps again and again till all the sauces become reduce.
  16. When you see its shining and creamy texture .
  17. Switch off the flame.
  18. Garnish it with cheese. Ciriander and cabbage.

My Tip:

If you marinate it for 2 to 3 or more than it tastes much better and cooks very fast.
