Cheesy paneer

Ingredients to make Cheesy paneer

  • 250gm paneer
  • 2onions
  • 3 tomatoes
  • Small piece of adarakh
  • 2 garlic pieces
  • 2 green chillies
  • 2-3 pieces of cheese

How to make Cheesy paneer

  1. First chop the onions.
  2. Then take tomatoes,green chillies,garlic,adarakh in the grinder and grind them.
  3. Cut the paneer pieces.
  4. Take a cooker and add oil and stir fry the chopped onions.
  5. Now add the tomato mash and cook till dark red.
  6. Add the paneer pieces and cook for 2 whistles and the'n open the cooker when the presure is over.
  7. Take paneer into a serving bowl.
  8. Grate two cheese cubes on to the paneer and microwave for 2 minutes adding dania leaves on top.Your cheesy paneer is ready to serve.Happy cooking!!!!

My Tip:

Grate the cheese on top after paneer is prepared and dont microwave for more than 2 min.
