Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/4 kg watermelon peices
  2. 1/4 kg carrot peices
  3. 1 cup banana slices
  4. 1/4 kg sugar
  5. 1/4 kg curd
  6. 2 tsp lemon juice
  7. Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Keep watermelon, banana,carrot peices on to a mixy jar
  2. Add curd, sugar , lemon juice
  3. Grind nicely
  4. Take serving glasses pour juice onto it
  5. Garnish with ice-cubes, watermelon peices on top of the glasses
  6. Ready to serve WBC lassi
