Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For dal..take panch mail dal..one bowl
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Turmaric 1tsp
  4. Refchilly powder 1 tsp
  5. Ghee for tempring
  6. Onion one large
  7. Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  8. Tomato 1
  9. Water five bowl
  10. For bati
  11. 2cup atta
  12. Hlaf cup besan
  13. half cup suji
  14. Desi ghee 1/2cup
  15. Water one cup
  16. Desi ghee half cup for bati
  17. Baking soda 1/2tsp
  18. For churma powder sugar as per taste
  19. Desi ghee 3-4 tsp
  20. Green cardemon powder 1/2tsp
  21. Dry fruits as oer choice(optional)


  1. First Soak dal and boil it with salt and turmaric powder.. For ten min and prepare tadka/tempring In a pan add to TSP ghee add jeeta heena and saute ht now add ginger garlic paste and chopped onion..
  2. And saute. Now add tomato and red chilly powder... And mix this take in boiled dal and boil for five min.. Then set it aside.. Dal is ready
  3. For baati:. Add atta, besan, suji and half cup ghee and mix it. Make dough by adding water..
  4. Make semi thick dough.. Set dough aside for 15-20 min.
  5. .Now heat appe pan and brush it with ghee and make balls from dough.. Keep them in appe pan.. After 5-6 min check them and flip bati and bake both sides.. Till golden brown...
  6. For churma... Take some bati and grind them in mixture grinder.
  7. add some ghee and sugar... And mix and bind ladoo of this better.
