Ingredients to make Spicy Garlic Mushrooms

  • 200 gm chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 strand mace
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • For paste
  • 5-6 garlic cloves
  • 3/4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 4-5 dry red chillies
  • 1/4 tsp kashmiri chili powder
  • salt to taste
  • coriander leaves to garnish

How to make Spicy Garlic Mushrooms

  1. INGREDIENTS
  2. GRIND RED CHILLIES, VINEGAR, SALT, SUGAR, GARLIC, RED CHILLI POWDER WITH WATER TO FORM PASTE
  3. HEAT OIL, ADD MACE AND CUMIN SEEDS, SAUTE FOR 30 SEC
  4. ADD ONION AND SAUTE UNTIL GOLDEN
  5. ADD GROUND PASTE AND SAUTE UNTIL AROMATIC
  6. ADD CHOPPED MUSHROOMS, SAUTE FOR 3 MINUTES
  7. LOWER HEAT, COVER AND COOK UNTIL DONE
  8. GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES AND SERVE HOT
