Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For panner marination --
  2. 250 gm panner cubes
  3. 2 tbsp corn starch
  4. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  5. 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  6. 2 tbsp oil
  7. Salt as required
  8. Other ingredients --
  9. 1 big onion cut in squares
  10. 1 big capsicum cut in squares
  11. I inch or 1/2 tbsp ginger grated
  12. 3-4 green chillies
  13. 1 tbsp soy sauce
  14. 1 tsp chilli sauce
  15. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  16. 1/4 tsp black pepper
  17. 1 tsp chopped celery
  18. 2 tbsp water added to corn starch
  19. Salt as required
  20. 7-9 garlic cloves

Instructions

  1. Take panner and cut in cubes or rectangle. Keep aside.
  2. Add corn starch, red chilli powder,black pepper and salt. Mix with little water in a bowl.
  3. Add the panner cubes in the above bowl.
  4. Heat the oil in pan and slightly fry panner cubes in pan.( Uniformly golden ) and keep aside.
  5. Now take some oil in pan and ginger , garlic and green chillies.
  6. Then add onion and capsicum squares ,on the medium flame stir fry so that they are little cooked.
  7. Add soy, tomato and chilli sauces.
  8. Add some salt and left over corn starch paste.
  9. At last add fried panner.
  10. Garnish it with coriander and spring onion and Serve hot.
