Yummy and delicious mango icecream is amazing in taste and flavour.in mango season we can enjoy it very well.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 3 Alphonso mangoes
  2. 1 cup whip cream
  3. 1/2 cup milkmaid
  4. 1 tsp vanila essence
  5. 4 Strawberry or 9 cherries

Instructions

  1. Cut a cap from mango
  2. Hollow it near it's seed and remove carefully it's seed
  3. Take cream and whip it
  4. Add milk maid and essence
  5. Again beat it till light peaks
  6. Fill it in mango
  7. Chup strawberries in lenghwise
  8. And insert in center
  9. Keep in freeze for 8-9 hours
  10. At the time of serving take it out from freeze
  11. Slice it and serve
