Ingredients to make Healthy Dalia Jar

  • Dalia 50 gms
  • olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Orange juice 1/4 cup
  • grapes 2 tbsp
  • Cranberries 1 tbsp
  • Sunflower seeds 1 tsp
  • cucumbers 1 tbsp
  • capsicum red and green 2 tbsp
  • fresh basil leaves 1 tbsp

How to make Healthy Dalia Jar

  1. TAKE 50 GRMS VERY FINE DALIA(KANSAR VARIETY)
  2. ADD 1/3 CUP BOILING WATER
  3. CLOSE THE LID AND LET THE DALIA COOK
  4. FLUFF THE DALIA WITH A FORK
  5. ADD 2 TBSP CHOPPED REDBELL PEPPERS
  6. ADD 1 TBSP CHOPPED CUCUMBERS
  7. ADD 1 TBSP HAND TORN BASIL LEAVES
  8. ADD 1 TBSP CRANBERRIES
  9. ADD 2 TBSP SLICED GRAPES
  10. ADD 1 TBSP CHOPPED CAPSICUM
  11. FOR THE MARINADE:TAKE 1/4 CUP FRESH ORANGE JUICE.ADD SEE SALT
  12. ADD FRESH CRUSHED BLACK PEPPERS AND ADD 1 TBSP OLIVE OIL
  13. MIX
  14. ADD THE MARINADE IN THE SALAD JAR
  15. TOP WITH ROASTED PUMPKIN SEEDS
  16. SHAKE THE JAR ONLY WHEN YOU ARE READY TO EAT
