Ingredients to make Mango gravy with stuff banana

  • Raw banana 2
  • mango juice (it must be thick) 1 cup
  • coconut 1 cup
  • paneer (grated) 1/2 cup
  • red chilly powder 2 spoons
  • turmeric powder 1 spoon
  • hing 1 spoon
  • curry leaves 1/4 cup
  • Green chilies 1/4 cup
  • water 1 cup
  • coriander powder 1 spoon
  • Garam masala 1 spoon
  • salt a pinch
  • sugar 1 spoon
  • coriander (leaves) 1 cup
  • oil 2 spoons
  • mustard seeds 1 spoon

How to make Mango gravy with stuff banana

  1. First, we will make stuffing. Take paneer, salt, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and mix them.
  2. Cut bananas in cylinderical shape and make hole in it so that we can do stuffing. Stuff the mixture in banana and put in steamer for 10 minutes.Remove and let it cool.
  3. In a grinder take coconut, green chillies, salt, coriander` and water and make gravy of it.
  4. In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, hing, curry leaves, mango juice, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala, water, salt, sugar and cook it for sometime. then add bananas with stuffing .
  5. Serve it with paratha..

My Tip:

The type of banana you use for this recipe accordingly keep it for steaming. If you take too much raw banana increase the time of steaming it will take time .
